• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 1pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is served in the living room or in your room. It's a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and private rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the double rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all the rooms are non smoking. You can smoke on the balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is tv in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not in the rooms, but there is in the house.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we do have at an extra charge.
