  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included; it is an abundant buffet breakfast; every kind of breakfast is available plus fresh fruit, ham, cheese, home made cakes,
  fruit juices, pastry, croissant and a large choice of cereals.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floors, included the roof garden; yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, it is open in springtime and in summer.

  Yes.

  We discuss it when demanded, it depends on many factors.

  No, but we have catering service on demand.
