• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. We offer a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and an elevator but the hotel spreads out only the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and sound proof. Some of our rooms have romantic beamed ceilings.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available 150 metres far from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are at approx. 25-30 km far away the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale has several bus-stops.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (300 metres far from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Repubblica" (red line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
