Hotel a little run down. Example bathroom fittings require repair or changing. Shower sliding door off its rollers. Documentation suggested there was a bar but this was not the case. ... Good position, a little run down,staff very helpfull and polite. Roof terrace a bonus. Not quite as plush as the brochure.

we asked for an extra bed for a child and got and extra sofa. it was very uncomfortable. The sofa was replaced in a bed only in the next day. ... we woke up late in our first day and breakast was over. no one suggested a cup of coffee for us. We woke every morning by the noice of the foot setps of other guests. ... there is no wireless internet in the business room. we were told by reception that there is a wireless connection but it is not true. ... a good place in the center of rome, 10-15 minutes walk from every place.
