• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Galli is near Termini Station: we have rooms splitted on the second and the fourth floors. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know in advance.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes two rooms are equipped with little balconies. Only on the 4th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The Hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each rooms is equipped with a TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we don't have the internet point inside the hotel but nearby there are several.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage one block away. The rate depends on the size of your car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices at Termini station 100 metres away from the hotel Galli.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and number of luggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Termini railway station, 100 m from the hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is very close, only 100 metres from the hotel Galli.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym around the corner from Termini station.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many restaurant around the hotel and we can give very good information when you'll arrive to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
