I had already stayed at the hotel so I knew very well what I expected. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

Accommodations were average at best. definitely not three star. The air conditioner barley breathed any air. I got the room cooler with the window open.

The property comes across more luxurious than the room I received. The room I received was not in any of the photos online.

The tv in our room stop working and someone from reception promised to send someone to look at tv. No one ever came.

last morning no hotwater, for a hotel this quality not so very acceptable!! the previous day the hotwater was also lukewarm in stead of hot.

The morning after our arrival as we were going
to take a shower, we realized there was no
water. I went to the reception and got some
apologies and some bottles of water to take
care of the minor ablutions. The gentleman at
the reception was courteous. I asked for a
reduction of the rate giving the circumstances
and he managed to get us 30 Euros off the
quoted price.
