• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is just one floor: most of the rooms are at the ground floor and a few at the first floor and we do not have a lift in the buiding.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is in some rooms and it can be requested with an additional fee.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a private parking is available at an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk or Termini Station (15 min.).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Main Airport Fiumicino "Leonardo Da Vinci" at about 32 km,
  however Ciampino airport is at about 20 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request with private car and mini-van (half an hour ride to reach the hotel).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On Via Nomentana (Porta Pia) there are several lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station at about 15 min. walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line B, Policlinico station is at about 300 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property. There are some gyms in the area and a big fitness center "Fitness First" next the main station "Termini".
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment you can not.
