• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
  Buffet breakfast (american, diet, continental, ...)
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Franklin has 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have private garden or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only few rooms have it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  To better protect your health and comfort, Franklin is a full non-smoking Hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, we have free SKY Satellite TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes,there is, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet access in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.

  Rent car office at 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 35 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request (at extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via della Giuliana, 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  15 minutes by tube.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano stop, line A, 5 minutes walking from us.
  Ottaviano is 3 stops from Spanish Steps.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in all the rooms guests will find an Internet console with cordless keyboard + TV screen in order to navigate, to receive or to send email.
