| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 3,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Parking is not included and costs about EUR 15,00 per day. Shuttle service to and from the airports is not included and costs EUR 40,00 per journey (max. 4 people) All children under 2 years stay free of charge in cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30,00 per night per person for extra beds. Small pets are allowed free of charge. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
