• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our B&B offers the guests the possibility to reserve a room or the entire apartment.
  The price is per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. You can have it inside the flat or in a characteristic Coffee (pastry shop) close to the B&B. The breakfast consists of cappuccino or fruit juice (or other drinks) and a cake.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors (no lift). The B&B/apartment is located on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour television in each room, but there are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  On request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is seasonal and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the kitchen.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental (AVIS) in Via della Giuliana, 100m. away from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many bus stops at a short walking distance (Buses n° 23-30-31-32-49-69-70-81-88-247-490-492-495-907-913-990-991-999).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cirpo Musei Vaticani stop, 200m. away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is the kitchen where you can cook.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
