 In the B&B/Apartment there is a computer at the disposal of the guests, usable under the consent of the owner (useful in order to control and send e-mails). There is a telephone service in order to receive telephone calls and to carry out useful calls (taxi, emergencies, calls to the owner), and upon request it is possible to have the telephone in room. |
 Inside the bedrooms there is a colour television and air conditioning. The kitchen is completely equipped to cook: oven, gas cooker, a refrigerator (with fruit juices always at the disposal of the guests) and a washing machine. The guests of the B&B have the possibility to choose to have their breakfast inside the B&B (in this case you will find food and beverages in the kitchen or you may ask us to come and prepare it for you).

 Alternatively, in a nice and characteristic Coffee close to the building, equipped with comfortable seats and air conditioning where the customers may choose between American coffee, typical cappuccino, tea or fruit juices and brioches (breakfast in this Coffee is included in the price). The B&B/apartment offers to the guests daily cleaning and linen and towels change every 3 days. The Francesca B&B and Apartment supplies to its guests city maps and informative material about the events, museums and local restaurants. |

The excellent position of Francesca B&B and Apartment and its service make it an ideal place to stay for those visiting Rome as tourists or on business: the flat is located in the centre of Rome, near the Colosseum and Fori Imperiali. |
