• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes it is included. Continental Buffet Breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you want, standard procedure is on check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with 2 elavators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are romantic, private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace but 20 rooms have a view over the Roman Forum.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, each room has internet Wi-Fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Either at the airport or we can help you at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino far off 35 km and Ciampino far off 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do at an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Colosseo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Colosseo or Cavour, Line B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, also wifi connection.
