Wonderful stay. Close to all sites. Never took a cab, metro close. Used the metro to get to the vatican. Drinking water close by, small grocery close by... perfect! Thank you Maurizio.

Lots of stairs both in the apartment and leading up to it. Also the low ceiling.

We loved it. It had character and was very comfortable and clean. It was cheaper than a hotel room and it was so nice to have breakfast on the patio!

Maurizio Paolini was at the apartment tpo greet us and was very helpful. He had arranged an airport pick up for us which was ready and waiting at the airport.

The owner,Mr.Maurizio Paolini arranged for a very compfortable transport for me from the airport and was at the apartment at my arrival. He carried all my very heavy luggage up, and down again at the day of my departure [the apartment in quite a way up the stairs], and had a number of Roma maps ready for me with recommendations for what do do and where to go.

The apartment in in very good condition: modern,clean, in very good condition and with all the amenities necessary for a compfortable stay.
The only drawback is the absence of an internet connection which is essential these days.

you should include that the veiw of the Palatino from the two terraces (with lovely plants) is magnificient, that the apartment is very quiet and private.

a lovely attic apartment in the old Suburra area (where Cesare was born and grew up), with an amazing view of the garden rooftops,across the Foro Romano,all the way to the Palatino. The terraces are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is spacious enough for 4 people, modern,very clean with all the amenities needed for a very compfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
