We accessed many web sites in researching accommodation and the Worldby site was far and away the most usable, clear and helpful.
The property met our expectations.

Great location, in the heart of old Rome. Very acceptable and comfortable accommodation. Would definately recoomend to a friend.

The apartment and the courteous service provided was central to the really great time we had this year. Of all the times we have been to Rome, this time was the very best. The location of the apartment could not have been better,and I am pleased to say that it is actually prettier than the pictures on the web site. For anyone seeking to feel less like a tourist and more like a part of Rome, this is the way to go.

Very positive! Mr Paolini gave us many usefull tips regarding our stay, and the apartment had a small library with books we could read. Some of them were books for tourists in Rome, like Lonely Planets bokk on Italy.

Maybe the fact that no windows are facing a street. This is both positiv and negativ:
+: It was very quiet, and we slept undisturbed all night.
-: You could get a slightly claustrofobic before you got used to it.

Perfect situated regarding ancient Rome and all the major tourist attractions.
- Very nice apartment, with high standards regarding entrance, staircase, windows, doors (extremely safe lock on the entrance door), heating, and aircondition (we didn't use that much though, in april).
- Furniture: the two sofas in the living room had seen better days.
Beds were comfortable, a bit firm.

Maurizio organised a car to pick us up from the airport and brought us to the apartment where he was ready waiting for us.

The web site mentions that the Metro station is nearby, however from the map it is not clear exactly how close the station is. The Metro B station is very close to the apartment. If arriving or departing Rome from Termini, it is easily the quickest, cheapist and most convenient way to travel. Guests should have no concerns about walking to the Metro and taking a train to Termini. The station would be barely 100m on a road blocked off to through traffic. It would be wise to avoid this in peak hour because of the crowds.

The apartment is very well located, close to the ancient Rome sites and close to the Metro. It comfortably accommodates four people easily. The kitchen is well appointed. Maurizio is very friendly and accommodating. We have been to Rome on numerous occasions and did not need much orientation or advice, despite this he made several useful suggestions and recommendations.

Sr. Paolino was very helpful about local restaurants in the area.

We were very happy with the apartment, with one exception. The second bathroom's shower was not functional. We were two couples and ended up sharing one shower, which we specifically did not want to do. This should have been more explicit on the web.

On the positive side, our family in the states had a medical emergency. They contacted Sr. Paulino by phone in the middle of the night. He made a special trip to the apartment to bring us the news.

We were met at the airport and transported to
the forum apartment. The driver was polite and
informative.

The owner was very interested in making our
stay as comfortable as possible.There were
many restuarants within a 5 minute walk from
the apartment and all of the wre very good. We
espesially enjoyed the local piazza just
around the corner.

timely manner. No problem,no stress.

There are about 20 steps untill you get to the
elevator.

We were very satisifed with the entire experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Maurizio Paolini. His pleasant demeanor and informative manner contributed to the success of our trip. We would recommend this apartment to everyone. The location was ideal with easy access to all sites in Rome.

Maurizio was very professional and helpful both as we enquired about the accommodation and after our arrival. The accommodation was of a high standard and in an excellent location. When I phoned Maurizio during our stay, he was very helpful in every way.
Just one small suggestion - a caffettiera would have been wonderful for the just out of bed caffe'.

Fabulous location on a quiet street in the Monti neighborhood. Bedrooms are towards the back, slept soundly. Clean and spacious apartment, with cool features--exposed wooden beams, marble in bathrooms, etc. Great for families or couples traveling together. VERY reliable and easy check-in and check-out.

The direction how to find to the Forum apartment could be better, for example by posting a picture from the neighbourhood or describing next to which pub/restaurant the apartment is situated.
We were welcomed by the owner who explained everything very clearly an he gave some general information about Rome and some helpfull tips.

The apartment was clean and as described on the website. I think it would be nice to know how the m2 are divided over the different rooms.

The checking out was good. Only the 'offer' of the taxi for the way back to the airport was quit high. If you are not familiar with the system in Rome you pay to much.

I would describe it as a perfect base to visit Rome. Very comfortable with everything you need for a nice stay in the city. Much better than a hotel.

The owner met us personally, and provided very helpful advice on the local area, and on Rome more generally. We were pleased that we took advantage of the car pickup service from the airport that he had offered us.

A photograph of the front door of the apartment as viewed from the street would have helped us identify it on arrival.

The airconditioner in the 2nd bed room was not working well, we informed Maurizio who came in a couple of days and cleaned it up. the fridge section is not cooling and the light does not work.
other than that the location was great and Maurizio was most helpful

great location and apartment. will definitly stay there again. i think they should fix the fridge and look at the main toilet (as it takes a long time to flush)
