  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The remaining 50%.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floor with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The TV is in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There isn't an Internet Point in the property, but you can find it 20 meters away from the Forum Apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking in front of the apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport and Ciampino Airport are at 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a pick up sevice for transfer you from and to the airports with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Cavour, 50 meters away the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Railway Station is at 4 minutes by taxi or 1 stop of Subway.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway stop is at 30 meters, Cavour.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
