| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Airport transfers are not included in the price; charges available upon request.
The breakfast kit is not included in the price and costs EUR 30,00. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
From reservation to 30 days to arrival : no charge from 29 to no show , 20 days to arrival : 50% of total amount from 19 to no show , 100 % of total amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: check-in is possible between midday and 2 p.m. You are kindly asked to advise your estimated time of arrival.
