• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price includes buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Russian, Dutch and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the 5th floor's rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has air conditioning, with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are 3 Internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage available at a charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Circo Massimo" - line B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Next opening on march 2005.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but you can find many restaurants close to the hotel and we'll be glad to book you a table (Trastevere, Campo de' Fiori, Testaccio,...)
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
