• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the first floor and there is elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quiet and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is provided with satellite TV and telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning with no extra. It's included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Hot spo tin.it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby there is the Parking of Villa Borghese.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Parcheggio Di Villa Borghese there is HERTZ and in Via Veneto there is AVIS.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  40 km, 30 minutes by taxi ciampino and fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meter.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  20 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but you have a lot in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
