Nice place, very clean (not usual in Rome). I would definitely recommend it to everybody.

The owner, Serena, asked us to call her one hour prior to our arrival at the bed and breakfast, but she didn't answer the mobile phone given. When we called the property directly so that we could be let in, the owner's assistant was available. We checked in and paid in cash (as stated, so no problem)...but then the owner was gone. 10 minutes after we arrived, luckily we didn't have any problems, issues or questions with the room.

The room was very clean and bright and we had our own bathroom in our suite.
Breakfast was served on a cart to our room. It was nice and the drinks were hot. Although, I thought we were to have breakfast in the breakfast room, the 'room with a view' of St. Peter's.

Very clean and nice. No frills. Exceptional value if you just want a place to sleep and shower. Don't forget: 4th floor, no lift!

My husband and I were very happy with the accomodation. We loved the modern look, modern bathroom and bright colors. Our only small complaint was there was one small towel per person - I would recommend that ladies with long hair bring their own towel.

Again, the location is really great - my husband and I walked to all the major sights easily. The neighborhood also seemed very safe, and had a very visible police presence - probably due to its proximity to the Vatican.

Fun accomodations with a friendly hostess, generous breakfast and perfect location.

As it is 99 steps up to the B&B it was very nice to have someone help me with my bags.

I have already recommended San Pietro B&B to a number of friends.. it was a fantastic location, had great facilities.. much better than staying in a hotel & offered brilliant value for money.

Had requested two twin beds and that is what was confirmed -- ended up with a king -- would have much rather had the twin. Did not get breakfast on either day. There was no soap in the bathroom and I had not brought any with me.

The property was ok. The check in guy was distracted and seemed like I was an inconvience. There was no effort to answer any questions about how to get a taxi at 0300 or if I could get breakfast at 10 instead of 0900 or if he could look at dates for later reservations. It was nice but the 'staff' was not real accomodating.

No direction was given for check out -- I saw the 'staff' on the first day -- he took my money and then disappeared.

VERY SELF SERVICE - if you have the room with the private bathroom you will be disturbed all night by the shared bathroom light since there is a window between the two.

The pictures on the web site were just like the accommodation - very nice. However it was not clear that although each room has its own bathroom two of the bathrooms are in the hallway and not within the room.

No-one was present when we checked out - but this was not a problem.

I think the DVD etc was in another room. It wasn't clear whether the bathroom was shared. I sort of assumed it would be en-suite.

A better map I think. Its location is fantastic, and it really is a nice place, but the map doesn't do a good job of selling it.

We arrived late unfortuantely due to various reasons including getting lost near the apartment. When we were greeted by the owner she was a bit upbrupt and snappy at us even though we tried to apologise profusely. She did calm down after we paid her.

We never saw any staff, but the other guests were really nice. Services were great and we had the best room so no complaints really.

there are two bathrooms and we had the better one! if you have the main room, you get the best bathroom. There was not as much Nutella as promised!! The directions to the b&b should be that you can walk from Octavino metro station to the vatican, then walk all the way around to the other side (past fountain), go down the underpass (subway) and as soon as get to the other side the front door is on the right

Lovely place. Very close to the vatican which was good. Facilities are very good even though food was a bit short on the last day. Very clean place even though towels are a bit short!! We heard the owner was a nice woman and very friendly but we never saw her except the first night when she was a bit rude to us.
