• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  Please let us know in advance your time of arrival, otherwise you run the risk of not finding anyone at your arrival. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
