From Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci airport: take local train to Trastevere station and the tramway # 8 till Piazza Belli. Take via della Lungaretta (behind the green information point) at the end there is a Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, first on the right is Via della Fonte dell'Olio (it is a narrow street between Restaurant Galeassi and the Bar Cecere), we are at number 8 (next to the chinese restaurant).
From Ciampino airport: take the Cotral bus to the underground station Anagnina and take the line A in direction Battistini till Termini station. Take the bus # H till Piazza Belli. Take Via della Lungaretta (behind the green information point) at the end of which there is Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Take the first street on the right, we are located in Via della Fonte dell'Olio no. 8 (close to the chinese restaurant).

So ask the taxi driver to leave you at the corner where is the restaurant from where begins the street. Villa della Fonte is at 2 minutes walking distance. |
