• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11am until 9pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole apartment and it changes depending on the number of guests.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment must be settle down on arrival after taking possession of the apartment.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is housed on the first floor of a building without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very nice and quiet as it overlooks an enchanting internal garden.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Quality linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer to have non smoking clients.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not but there is an internet point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but there is a great parking close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Staff will be at your complete disposal to help you solve any kind of enquiries.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino is at about 25 km and Fiumicino at about 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do provide private transfer services to and from the airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus number 62 on Via del Tritone.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Temini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini at only 2 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there is a very beautiful and modern Sporting Center very close.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many restaurants in the surroundings streets.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
