• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill anytime during your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, ground floor only for the reception, 1st, 2nd and 3rd with rooms, 4th which is the roof top terrace where we serve breakfast.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, just ask it upon reserving and we'll make our best.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms have no terraces or courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms have no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms at the rear of the hotel have air conditioning, those at the front do not. There are only 2 rooms at the front (view of Trevi fountain) with air conditioning. Air conditioning in included in the rate when available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are 5 or 6 points within 3 minutes walking.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have a pickup service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Barberini at 250 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 1 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is BARBERINI which is 500 mt far from us in Piazza Barberini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, the closer one is 2 km far from us.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are no restaurants in the property however we can suggest several different restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can using a dial up connection.
