The apartment was lovely in a really good sightseeing position. However, we were extremely disappointed that there was no kitchen. When we looked again at the literature we realised that no kitchen had been mentioned. Whilst we appreciate that it was an oversight on our part, we presumed that any accomodation described as an apartment with fridges would have a kitchen. Perhaps it would be best to make this a little clearer when advertising in the future.
However, this did not ruin our wonderful weekend in Rome and we will be happy to use your company again.

The lack of a kitchen. The heating needed to be turned up a little more prior to new people staying in the apartment. It was cold for quite some time but worked OK after a few hours.

A great sized clean apartment ideally situated for sightseeing. Easy to find - Good instructions for location. Friendly helpful staff to meet you. Be aware there is no kitchen, particulary if you have children. We had to ask for a kettle and cups! xx Would recommend this one.

This property is NOT a Bed & Breakfast; it is simply a shared apartment with the provision for two small groups or families. There is NO breakfast, just a voucher for the cafe bar downstairs that is open (sometimes!) around 10 or 10:30.
In addition, if you stay in the front portion of the apartment, your privacy and quiet are totally subject to the manners and politness of the group/family coming and going from the back unit.
All that said, it is a good location, and Cinzia is helpful.

as to no 11: since we were leaving early, it was agreed with the staff that there would not be a formal check out, we left the keys on the table, and that went well
