• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Rooms are available after 12.00pm. Guests have to kindly inform our B&B with their own arrival time so to let us organize their welcome. In case arrival time will be not communicate us, check-in will be automatically considered between 06.00pm and 09.00pm.
  Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and per night (VAT, service and breakfast included).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We serve Italian breakfast in the living room.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is located on the sixth floor of an elegant and modern building with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quite, spacious and bright. It is possible to add a third bed in each room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not, but the living room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room and in the living room. Satellite TV is on request in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is one telephone available on request. Guests pay for calls made.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms and the living room have air-conditioning set on during the summer season. This is included in the rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not but you can park for free in the street, and there is a garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices right off the via Veneto. Bus lines 490 and 495 both go to via Veneto from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Leonardo da Vinci" airport (Fiumicino), which is the main and the biggest airport of Rome, is the nearest to our B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide private transfer service from and to the airport. Rates depend on which airport and on the number of people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just in front of the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Central station, which is the main station of Rome.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Valle Aurelia on Line A of the roman underground.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry but pets are not allowed in our property.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are good restaurantsclose to the B&B.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
