The owner, knowing we were on a very tight schedule, suggested getting us a taxi, and allowing us to pay the rent the next day! She was extremely accommodating and nice.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Rome. The location was ideal, and gave us a real taste of Rome. Our accomodations were wonderful. The sidewalk cafe next door was good. We loved the way we were able to mix with the Romans, instead of staying in a hotel as a tourist. The next time we go to Rome, we will definitely stay at the same place.

Excellent location tucked away on a quiet lane within walking distance of all tourist attractions. All necessary facilities nearby with an excellent restaraunt recommended by the studio staff. Would stay there again & have recommended to friends

We were positively surprised as our experience in the past years with various holiday apartments was that the apartments usually look quite different from the euphemistic pictures on websites or brochures.
This one was EXACTLY as shown and described and we liked it very musch!

Ideally located, uncomplicated and nice landlords, very good value for money, very comfortable, adorable terrace in front of apartment - whenever I visit Rome again I'll try this or another romeby.com-apartment!

very suitable for a family with kids (and a rented car) that do not want to stay in a small touristic hotel in the center.

Everything was absolutely ok. The only thing which could be better: we had been 4 persons but we had only one key. There was no place to leave the key so we always had to check that somebody was at home or we had to meet somewhere. This could be much better with a second key!

The apartment is for 4 persons. There are not 4 cups etc. in the cupboard. The dishes were quite dirty, specially catlery and cups. Would be good to clean it sometimes because the guests don't do it.
The beds were both comfortable, also the bathromm which was very clean. The area where the apartmind lies is absolutely great, very close to the Vatikan and even to Spanish steps, Trevi Fountains a.s.o. It would be could to find some informations about buses etc. in the rental place. We went to Trastevere with metro/train/tram and needed a long time till we found out there is a bus to Lepanto which takes you in 10 minutes to your place (before we needed 1 hours). I can recommend this place specially because of the great environment (also good for shopping). The rate for the apartment was absolutely ok. All in all we had been very satisfied. Thanks

Our flight was in the morning. At the check in we decided to leave the key in the apartment when we check out.

Please tell the customers where they have to ring (no name at the apartment), specially when you use the apartment with friends and there will be only 1 key. The lift doesn't work probly. Usually we had to get to the 5th floor 'cause the lift did not stop at the 4th floor (sometimes it worked, mainly not). It's also quite a good shopping area with lots of good shops. The apartment is in walking distance to the Vatikan (10 minutes) but it would be a good idea to tell the costumers to be there at the Sixt. chapel at 8 o'clock in the morning. Otherwise you have to stay in the lane for a long time.
Oh sorry, you forgot to write the house number of the place which we realized when we had been already in via Cola di Rienzo.

It is a nice little apartment, very good for 2 guests but also enough space for 4 guests (if they know each other very well). It is in an absolutely prefered area in Rome (for visitors). Many sightseeing places are in walking distances. It's also good for shopping. The cafeteria/gelateria is in the same house, very good for having the first cappucho in the morning. It's a comfortable place for the travellers who are not so spoilt and don't want to spend a lot of money only for accommodation. I would go there again, definately!

The owner had not prepared any receipt on receiving the money. We would prefere to have a receipt so that everything is in order in case of any problems. But there were absolutely no problems!

We had agreed to call a cellphonenumber at arrival. It did not work though. A man helped us and finalley we got in contact with the apartment.

It was nice and clean. The foldoutbed in the kitchen was not so good, but still OK. The aparment was small, but that we knew before we arrived. The owner was very nice.

The directions got us to the general vicinity of the apartment but without cell phones, I'm not sure how long it would have taken us. A suggestion is to include the two streets that Lueto crosses into.

A bit of a musty smell in the apartment but that wasn't a tremendously big deal.
The only negative comment was our attempt to get a taxi back to the airport. Our contact first indicated to contact the taxi company which was a challege and then when I called our contact back, she directed us to a car service, who charged 80 euros to the airport, which was way more than expected.

A very important one: please mention that the way back to the airport by metro + bus takes more than 2.5 hours! We arrived late, and they had to reopen the desk, so it was on the edge!

The apartment was fantastic and we were made to feel so welcome by Cecilia's Mum, Theresa. She couldn't have done more for us, and was so accommodating. We've recommended the apartment to lots of friends!

Theresa kindly looked after our luggage so that we could continue sightseeing until it was time to go to the airport. She also organised a taxi, as our lack of Italian would have made it difficult to tell them the address from which we were to be picked up.

The street cola di rienzo is very loud.
We can't sleep well. But it's normal for
a central appartement and we have all shops
(bakery, supermarket etc. ) in this street.
The bus and metro is before the door and
so I think, it*s a good appartment for a view
days in a metropolitan city.

For me personally a small map would have helped in finding the apartment easier. Also, letting people know that the apartment is very close to Piazza Trilussa would help.
Providing the phone number for a taxi compnay would be useful as well.

I felt misled. The apartment was ok, but not as nice as it was described online. I certainly do not think it was a value. I reserved the apartment for two people and was only left one towel. The location was awesome.

How to get in touch with them for questions. I could not reach anyone prior to my arrival to find out how to get in to the apartment. The woman who I finally reached told me that she had tried to send me an email earlier in the week, but I had not received any such email. I was VERY frustrated by this. It needs to be clearly stated how to check-in to the property.

When i arrived at the airport i called Cecila who was very polite, helpful & spoke excellent English. The lady who met me at the apartment was very friendly, chatty & again spoke excellent English. The apartment was exactly as it was pictured on your website.

I have already recommended this apartment to my friends & family. The apartment was compact but had everything i needed & the location in my eyes was unbeatable. The apartment was tucked away on a small quiet side street but was just a few minutes away from Piazza Navona & surrounding areas.

The questions regarding the staff do not apply, we met only Cecilia on our arrival who gave us contact numbers in case of any problems. We met no other 'staff', we had everything we needed from Cecilia.

Smallish but more than adequate for a couple on holiday. Close to supermarket and fruit and vegetable market, as well as a specialist delicatessan. Central for walking everywhere, good metro services. Pleasant surroundings, the air conditioning was a godsend!! Very busy around the apartment until early morning but not noisy.The apartment was spotless.

The apartments are scattered about. Ours was actually off a lady's front hall. We had to go into her first front door to enter it so we had 2 good locks between us and the hallway which was nice.

It was a small apartment that just fit four people perfectly. The place was very quiet and we rarely heard any outside noise. There was a fridge, clothes washer, iron, drying rack, microwave, plates & cups. If you want silverware bring your own. The AC worked well. Bathroom was small but there was an extra mirror in the hall so we got along fine. The building has an elevator and there is a cafe next door with very cheap breakfast, espresso, sandwiches, and gelato. We ate there daily. It was quite good. Location is perfect. It took us about 5 minutes to get to Piazza Popolo, the Vatican Museum, or the nearest Metro stop. I would definitly stay here again. The price was unbeatable for the area of Rome it was in.

Leuto Apartment was a gorgeous little Art Deco type place in the centre of Rome. It had all the conveniences we required, and was located close to all the major tourist attractions, with a great local Cafe just around the corner for breakfast. Staying here really felt like we were experiencing the true Rome.

A Lady in the shop of the other side of the street phoned Cecilia, who arrived 5 Minutes later. It was perfect.

Cecelia was particularly helpful. I had to get my car garaged - which she had provisionally arranged - and even gave me a lift back from the car park on her scooter.

The location was most convenient for us, and extreemely good value for money. Advice on local restaurants and local shops etc were available. Inevitably, given that it was a ground floor flat, there was no window overlooking the small steet,which some might not appreciate.

We stayed in a apartment so there were actually no check-out. We just left the keys on the table.

It was a very nice studio just in the city centre near Piazza Navona. The apartment was clean and it had a good bed to sleep in. All the necessary utensils, air-conditioning/heating and own hot-water tank. It's on the ground floor so some traffic noises comes through. Luckily it's a quiet neighbourhood.

Couldn't have been happier - loved being in the heart of the city and not feeling too much like a tourist - loved the idea and actuality of having our own little apartment, to come & go at our own pace - Cecelia was SO helpful and kind - would recommend this to anyone over a hotel.

We phoned from the airport and the owner spoke to the cab driver to explain directions which was very helpful. There was someone waiting for us when we arrived (1am) which was great and were very helpful.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and had spare linen etc. Could not get the TV/Radio/CD to work however, though was actually nicer not to have the TV as an option.

As there was not a booking for the day we checked out, the owner kndly allowed us to check out at 5pm which was great as we were travelling with a baby and allowed us to make the most of our last day without the hassle of carrying baggage

Better directions on how to get to the apartment, as the alley is not accessible by car, you get dropped off and have to find the apartment yourself. Once found it's simple, but as we arrived at 1am it was a little daunting.
