• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment and for 2 people.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rienzo apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is one elevator. Leuto Apartment is located on the ground floor and the building does not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, people can smoke if they want to.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Apartments are equipped with TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Poerio has no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but both apartments are located near a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avis car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino or Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rienzo Apartment: via cola di rienzo.
  Leuto Apartment: corso rinascimento.
  Orzo Apartment: corso rinascimento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Rienzo Apartment : metro A stop lepanto is located within 5 minutes walking
  Leuto/Orzo Apartment: metro A stop lepanto or spagna are both within 15 minutes walking from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
