Small,clean and basic. Street level and could be noisy .Earplugs needed.

The property is not titled as such outside the establishment.
It was a very noisy neighborhood; earplugs are a must to sleep at night.
There is limited hot water.
Steep stairs, not appropriate for those not able to carry their own bags two flights or more.

I really would not recommend this property one way or another. There are many places like this in Rome so I'm not sure one is better than the other.
