• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception English, French, Spanish and Greek are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors but there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provide and every day rooms are cleaned and towels changed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all rooms there is cable tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in every room there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not, but there is a nice restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there an available parking nearby the property, few minutes by foot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in a Rental Car Center nearby the property. You can ask to the reception desk for more information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport are Fiumicino and Ciampino in Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can arrange it with a private service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Via del Boschetto stop - 117 line. This stop is in the same street of the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Cavour, line B. It is 300 meters away from the property. From the subway stop you have to go straight along Via Leonina and turn right into Via del Boschetto, where Fiammetta Bed & Breakfast is.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
