• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10am.
  Check-out: before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and, from January 2004, an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms are really quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, three rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV in each room, but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the property, but there are a lot of Internet points in the vicinity.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage, daily rate 15 Eur.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport and in many rental offices in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini, just a few steps from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini, Rome main station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini, Line A and B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
