Francisco, Fabio's father was there to not only greet us, but to help get the luggage to our rooms. We could not have had a better reception. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for three days, as well as our other stay there later for four more days. All in all, it was as perfect as it could have been in every way. Magnifico!!!!!!
Harland Goodner ... Wonderful..... ... Equally as good as the check in process. Everything was A-One, perfecto, magnifico....
... The only negative thing was that the water was not hot enough. Also the breakfast was designed as an Italian breakfast, which did not have any eggs that would have been good for my diabetic diet. However, there was always plenty of food and they kept everything fresh and hot. ... I would not hesitate to stay there again, and would recommend it to my friends. It is in a very good location, close to the Vatican as well as other points of interest. An excellent location.

this B&B is a great place to stay. it's very close to the Vatican (five minutes walking) and is in a nice fairly quiet part of town. It's over two floors in a large old building. Very close to the metro. The accommodation itself is lovely, big spacious rooms with their own bathroom. The rooms are very clean, fresh and comfortable. Beds are made and fresh towels provided daily. The team are friendly and helpful, giving tips on local places to eat, what to see and do etc. All in all a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. ... Easy check out, just hand keys to one of the team. ... Great place, a little away from the hustle and bustle, quiet, spacious, clean with a friendly team. Definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I would recommend this location to anyone going to Rome. It is so close to the Vatican, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the fountain and the double decker tour buses can get you anywhere else. It is so cozy and clean and you geet a chance to meet the other guests. And Fabio was wonderful - so very helpful on directions and eating out. Just a great guy!!!! ... Fabio took care of getting a taxi to pick us up early. ... Owner run so he takes everything in to detail. ... The best value for the money in Rome. A touch of home within a great vacation! In fact - we've already recommended Fabio's place!!!

Fabio Federici and his staff were wonderful. ... Check out was very easy. They were very accomodating with early check out and airport drop off. ... It was home away from home.

Very convenient with the Metro right outside the door and just ten minutes walk to the Vatican. Several good restaurants within just a few blocks walking distance. Common room was nice since we had a group of seven and could wind-down and plan the next days activities.

I was just surprised that there was no aircon in the rooms. ...
You may emphasize that there is no aircon so the guests will not be surprised. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and liked the place because of its proximity to major places. ... It is very accessible to transportation and is walking distance to the Vatican. The place is also very safe.

I would recommend staying at the Federici Bed and Breakfast to any of my friends. This Bed and Breakfast is located in a convenient location, close to some of the major attractions. The room was clean and the price was very reasonable. Also, Fabio was a great host, funny and very helpful.

The B&B is a little bit hard to find as it isn't signposted and the tag by the bell is fairly faint. However, the street number was clear. ... The room was huge, quiet, dark and clean - by the far the best during our stay in Italy. Despite having a fan and not air conditioning, it was cool as it looked out into a courtyard and didn't get the sun. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was great - very close to the Vatican and St Peters, but felt like you were living where Romans actually lived - was very nice to come home to after a long day of working. ... No. ... As in box 10 above - a great place to stay that I would definitely go back to next time that I am in Rome.

2 single beds pushed together is not what I expected. Should have been a queen or at least a double. One single bed had springs and the other had a wood frame. One was slanted toward the middle so I always ended up in the middle in the crack of the bed. Not comfortable ... Quality of th rooms. As stated beds not good and the room was small. The small room would of been ok but not the bed arrangement. Also very samll shower that made it hard to even turn around. ... small and not a good bed setup
