• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is consider per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price (only in the room). The italian breakfast is served.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival, only by cash or traveller checks.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is at the 2nd and 3rd floor and yes we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet because they face the internal court yard.
  They are all private as they have en-suite bathroom.
  All the rooms are cosy and romantic
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the B&B it is forbidden to smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room. There are no international channels or satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct dialling phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a comon dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an access to Internet in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the agency around the corner
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Roma Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a pick up service from/to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bust stop is Piazza Risorgimento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The underground stops in front of the building.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
