• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, Spanish, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian and Thai.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our guests have a discount for the private garage which is in front of our hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus line 32, Ponte Milvio stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway line A, direction Battistini: Flaminio + tram line 2 or Ottaviano-San Pietro stop + bus line 32.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  We have an agreement with a dog sitter who takes care of them, because they cannot enter in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant in the property, but we have special agreements with some very good restaurants in the vicinity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
