• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and buffet breakfast.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, american breakfast buffet is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors and there is a lift to all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Try our lovely "Honeymoon Special " with a Private terrace and view to the St. Peter's dome and you will be enchanted to stay longer.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  As above.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have lovely balconies and a drink out on the balcony in any season is Romantic.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialling from the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are centrally airconditioned and can be controlled from the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have internet plugs and possibility to connect to the internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available and is Free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport, 29.5 km. Ciampino airport, 30.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station 3.5 km, 15 minutes by car.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Lepanto" Metro stop just round the corner at 50 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only if small and silent.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Five minutes walking distance from the hotel you can find Top restaurants and typical Italian dishes are served.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes with a direct connection.
