• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is served in the bar near our property.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in the building with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide the towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, one of our rooms has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a TV but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has air conditioning and it is included in the room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, there is a private parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at a car rental facility close to our property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Manzoni Principe Eugenio.

  Termini Station is the nearest train station.
