• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02:00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, a Continental Buffet Breakfast is available upon an extra fee. Or Contiental or Oriental Breakfast served in the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors and many elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all our rooms on the 4th floor have a terrace (deluxe rooms and suites).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have. The entire 3rd floor is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Remote-control television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Climate control with air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, on the 6th floor there is the swimming pool close to the fitness centre. Open 10am-7pm June-September; closed the rest of the year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking nearby is available, upon an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You, can ask directly to the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport: 26 km from the city centre.
  Ciampino Airport: 20 km from the city centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, a Limousine service is available.

  Just in front of the hotel.

  Roma Termini, 5 minutes by foot from the hotel.
