All reservations must be cancelled until 4p.m ( hotel local time)one day before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room charge.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
