Hotel was bit further from Termini station than expected and the walk hence took a bit longer. The suggestion that the hotel is centrally located is misleading as all major sights are not within walking distance (to most peoples definitions anyway).
Good hotel, but not recommended too much for sightseeing.

Good hotel... can be recommended. But be prepared that it is a bit far from the main sights. However, it is better priced than most hotels in the direct centre.

Close to Borghese Gardens - great for a stroll - and the Villa Borghese with a fabulous art collection.

This hotel was really good value for money -we had a 'junior suite' with a very large room with sofa etc and a roof terrace. Well worth paying extra for if you are staying more than a couple of days. I was worried that it was too far out when I looked at a map but it was an excellent location. Hotel is well situated - close to bus stops which give you access to all of the major sites. Within easy reach of the City Centre - but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Choice of restaurants in walking distance - even more within a short bus ride. Good buffet breakfast selection although breakfast room was a bit busy sometimes. They offer free room service breakfast and I would try this another time to avoid the crowd! Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel clean and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay.

There is no closet or mirror in the room. The rooms are not very spacious.

Although we arrive earlier than the agreed time of check in they let us take our laggage to our room.

I wish they had found my personal notebook in the room and get in contact with so I could have it back.

Since our flight was due much later than the check out time we were permitted to leave out lagguage in the reception until the time of departure for the airport.

Very good value for money place. Strong points: the bathroom. Weak points: TV reception.

We arrived late at night and there was someone there to welcome us and someone else to take us to our room.

We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and had a lovely terrace on the roof.
We were given wrong information about the buses though.

Staff arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The Junior Suite was very good value for money - the same price as a standard room at the other hotels we considered.

Should expand on the facilities of the Junior Suite.

Good standard of hotel in a pleasant and safe area. Convenient for buses although also within walking distance of the Spanish Steps (20 mins). Would recommend paying extra for the Junior Suite.

Directions very confusing as stated it was within walking distance of Termini station. Gave up in the end and used a taxi which was very expensive.

Room was very small, bed very hard, breakfast good but not enough tables so had to wait. Iwould rate this hotel as a 3 star, not 4 as stated.

When they take my card number as a ganratee, my bank took the money (140 Euros) out from my acount and now I am trying to get my money back. At the reception, they should know how to take the card as a garantee and not as a withdrawal of money

As indicated above, the reception desk was
staffed by one of the waiters, who was neither polite nor friendly. This was, I assume, filling in while the normal recepionist was away. The first impression
was therefore negative. However, when normally staffed, the service was pleasant and helpfull.

I expected a larger room. The tv was out of order For the 5 nights I stayed in , in spite of my complaints nothing was done until i left.
