• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We serve a continental breakfast which is always included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have seven floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Hotel Executive is located in a business area so during the night it is very quiet. In the last floor there are two junior suite with view and a nice veranda.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Sorry, no rooms with coutyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony and in some of them there is a table with chairs where you could have a tasty drink.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  According to the new Italian Law, Hotel Executive is totally No Smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones. The charge will be the same as a public telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning with no extra charge. Air conditioning is switched on from June to September, depending on weather conditions.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet, but we are planning to have a free of charge Internet point in the next future.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage not so far from the Hotel. They also provide a 24 hour valet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a Rent-a-Car about 5 minutes walking from Hotel. They also provide a Valet Service on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (Low Cost Flights) is only 25 km, while Fiumicino - Da Vinci Airport is about 35 km but easiest to reach.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have an agreement with a company to transport our guests from the Hotel to both airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 200 meters distance from Hotel Executive there are more than 10 bus-stops. With these buses is possible to reach the most important city places.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station, Rome biggest one, is only five minutes by bus from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The line B subway station of Castro Pretorio is only 6-8 minutes walking from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry.
• Are pets welcome?
  We only accept small dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast, but it will be our pleasure to recommend you the best restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Actually you can connect your PC into the phone plug and we are planning to put an Adsl free of charge line in all rooms in the next future.
