• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are indicated per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 4 floors with 4 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms-suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have terrace and private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  As per italian law, all rooms are no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the reception hall.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car. Information available at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roma Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport is available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus n° 776 in front of the Hotel (Ignazio Silone stop).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Ostiense.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Laurentina metro stop is located 1 km from the Hotel . The bus 776 every five minutes drives guests from the Hotel to the metro station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, our restaurant is open only for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. It is possible to connect the pc to the phone line. The service is not included in the room rate.
