- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

We serve an American buffet breakfast included in the rates. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors in the first building and 3 floors in the second one. There is a lift for each building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
