The elevator didnīt work some nights. ... Excellent localization, very good breakfast, cleaning and staff was very polite and helpful. I recommend it!

Map provided was helpful and hotel was closer to the station than I expected. ... Lack of shower curtain made it very difficult to ensure that the water did not flood the bathroom when showering. ... Acceptable accomodation with spacious rooms, slightly on the pricey side, and with an odd lack of shower curtains, but in a convenient location.

When we arrived we got a room on the 'balconey'. This was a room with a broken toilet, a window wich could not be opened and dors that almost fell of the closet. I went to the reseptionist and asked about the room and we got a new room the next day. If we had not got a new room I would have changed hotell. The new room was nice. :-) ... The breakfast was poor. ... Ok!

Having stayed at the Europa, I have had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends. It was clean, with friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent breakfast provided. I shall be visiting Rome again in April 2007 and shall be in contact to book the Europa again
