This accommodation was wonderful. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. The staff helped us make some long distance phone calls. The breakfast in the room with the mini-kitchen was a bonus. Having two rooms was another bonus. The towels were huge and soft. The bed was comfortalbe, complete with an heavenly quilt. I would suggest anyone in transit to seek this accommodation. I doubt that the Airport Hilton would have been finer.

I don't recall if you stated on the web that the rooms were more like a mini suite. One room with the TV had a couch, table and chairs. The bedroom was separate. The bathroom was modern and immaculate.

We used the shuttle from the airport and this was very efficient.

The breakfast was not up to expectations. I would prefer that there be ready made coffee and some fresh pastries in the office for us to take to the room. The 'breakfast' left in the room for us on our arrival was not really what I expected.

In general my stay was better than expected! Everything was as advertised or better. The best part was the staff, they were friendly, polite and ready to help us with anything. If there was anything we needed they were always ready to drive us around the town in their shuttle. Great place.

Their airport shuttle service is excellent. They were ready early. The hotel is very attentive to guest safety and keeps the premesis secure (although I don't believe there are any safety issues). We always felt safe comfortable and welcomed.

the Inn is located 15 euro,s by taxi, the Inn,s van was clean and driver was great and suggested some restaurants closeby, i cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are; the next morning they arranged for a limo to take me downtown

We were not expecting anyone to greet us at the airport upon arrival. We had been advised to call the hotel and the drive would be there in 15 minutes and he was, after the call. Driver was very polite and very cheerful. Everything was to our satisfaction.

It was a pleasure to receive the services and accomodations that was reserved. The surprise was that it matched everything on the website and was very comfortable. Whenever possible if friends or family need a hotel near the airport, your establishment will be highly recommended. Bus and train transportation was convenientif you wanted to go into Rome and the restaurant recommended was perfect.

It was a little frustrating calling the hotel to advise we were at the airport. I think this is because in the United States we are used to having the phones connected to hotels at the airport right there. We were lucky our cell phones worked, otherwise we may have become frustrated.

All staff members were exceptionally friendly and there was no question or need that they did not supply. Upon departure, they all said goodbye and we almos felt as if we had our family members saying goddbye to us.

The hotel arranged a pickup from the airport and a drop off when leaving -cost 7.5euros. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

This a hotel that was very clean, had snacks and beverages available in the room and was close to the airport. It is excellent for overnight when you have to catch a plane very early in the morning and they have a limosine available to take you there.

I highly recommend the hotel and if you are leaving for Rome the next day it is a perfect place to stay. It has a convenient restaurants and a convenient shuttle to the airport in the morning.

We telephones for the hotel shuttle and he arrived quickly. We arrived a little after 8am and was pleasantly surprised that our room was available. We had come over seas and had not slept much on the plane. We very much appreciated being able to get into our room so early so we could sleep a bit.

We were a family travelling with small children and the arrival was very relaxing and no rush to do paperwork. They allowed us to get comfortable first and then finalize the arrival and check-in.

It is cheaper to arrange for pick up by the hotel upon arrival at the airport rather than take an airport taxi. It is about 25 Euros cheaper via the hotel.

The room was really nice - more like a small apartment with a kitchennete and sitting room. The only problem was that there was nothing to do in the area and only one restaurant.

We called from the airport and they sent a van to pick us up. The van was there in about 10 - 15 minutes! [15 Euros cash Additional charge, but less than taxi]

Our watches were set for London time rather than Rome time causing us to miss our reservation on the shuttle to the airport. The owner of the Inn took us to the airport in her personal vehicle so we could make our connections! This is service above and beyond any hotels I have stayed in!!

A great place near the Rome Airport to rest up from a long flight and prepare for the rest of your vacation or to be near the airport in preparation for a return flight. The trip from the hotel to the airport is only about 10- 15 minutes depending on traffic.

We took a taxi to the hotel as we had problems with the Italian telephone in our attempt to contact the hotel for the shuttle.
We arrived early and received a room that was available.

The only discrepancy that we found was that the website stated there would be a shuttle available to go to the city center of Rome. When we inquired, we were told that was not the case. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining that we needed to use public transportaion, i.e. bus and train, and where to obtain the tickets.

We were pleased that the hotel was close to the airport. This fit our travel plans very well as we were in Rome for one day and needed to return to the airport to pick up a rental car after checking out.

We missed the turn to get onto the road that runs parallel to the road we were on, so were somewhat confused by that. Also had to drive a lot further off the A1 (or A12) than we thought, but it turned out just fine.

A good place to stay that's close to the airport for an early flight out the following day and, although we didn't take advantage, understand there is a beach close by that we could have spent time at too.

Air conditioning in one room was not working; staff stated nothing to be done since it was a weekend. In the end, I took the unit apart and found out the filter hadn't been cleaned for a very long time (ditto for the other A/C units). Once cleaned, the A/C did work -- though in all rooms it took an inordinate amount of time before the temperature dropped.

Actually we took a cab from the airport. We
were charged double the meter--which seemed
like a lot although the driver told us he was
going to do this.
The driver was unfamiliar with the area and
consulted his atlas a couple times. I don't
think we were delayed.

We used the hotel overnight as we were unable
to get reasonable connecting flights from
Malta to NYC. The hotel was very pleasant and
we particularly liked the refrigerator and
coffee facilities which made it easy to get
something to eat before going to the airport.
We had a good meal in the hotel down the
street. The only problem was the location.
We walked around the neighborhood--all the
way to the sea. It wasn't the most attractive
area we've ever stayed in but it suited our
purpose for an 'in transit' hotel.

When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel and inquired about a shuttle bus to the hotel. They helpfully provided one, but didn't notify us until after we arrived at the hotel that there was a 25 euro charge.

Very clean, modern, airport-area hotel-good for one night before flight. very friendly, English speaking staff, breakfast could be improved, i.e. fruit juices rather than fruit nectars, butter for toast packets or cheese triangles. Not particularly nice neighborhood for single travelers, good shuttle service-not free.
