We arrived a little early but the hotel was gracious enough to get a room cleaned immediately for us. While we waited we were offered, and accepted, the use of a computer. There by being able to check our email and business connections. The whole process of checking in was efforetless on our part. Wonderfully done.

We were pleasently surprised that the room was so large and well appointed. We were in a locked courtyard and that was a nice and comforting touch. We only had one slight probelm. We could not get hot water in the shower. We had hot water in all the other sinks, etc. Maybe we would have needed to leave the shower running longer but hated to waste so much water waiting on the hot to kick-in.

Everything was handled swiftly, and again as on check in, effortless on our part.

Euro House was on what Amercians would call a quite alley way. There was hardly any noise from traffic or bustling about to disturb anyone. Several resturants were next door. All of this made for a great stay.

A wonderful, gracious, place to stay away from home. The staff made every effort to be helpful and speak English for us. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. I would recommend Euro House to anyone who needs a quiet stay near the airport, or a longer stay that is close to trains to get into Rome.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly as was the porter (if that's the right term for him) who helped us with heavy bags and suggestions for good restaurants nearby.

They were renovating the breakfast room so gave me a 10 Euro refund which was appreciated and the little bar down the street provided great (stand up) coffee and fresh croissants.

Extremely clean, modern and friendly hotel with parking available and easy access to the airport. A nice way to arrive or leave from Rome at a reasonable rate (seeing that Rome itself may provide more negative experiences!)

Although we were later arriving than scheduled, there was someone waiting for us and was very helpful in getting us settled.

Provide detailed directions to hotel as the taxi drivers from the airport seem to experience much difficulty in finding the hotel.

My arrival at Euro House was actually the most pleasant of any in Italy. The staff spoke perfect English and were genuinely delightful.

The electricity system (runs when your door key is properly placed in a box on the wall just inside the door to the room) is a bit confusing as is the air conditioning system. That would be my ONLY complaint. They just need to spend a few minutes explaining all of that otherwise it takes a while to figure it out.

Very clean and a lovely breakfast provided as well as tea and coffee - more a motel than a hotel. Shuttle was too expensive though - same price as the taxi that brought us from the airport. Good place to stay if you have an early flight to catch.

Shuttle had not arrived on time and manager was very good in ringing them to confirm, saving us some worry. He was very helpful.

The room was in a mansard under the roof where
one could not even stand upright. It should
never have been rented at a standard rate.

We arrived at the airport and called Euro House to get a shuttle to the hotel. They were very helpful and sent the shuttle right away. Both Marismo and Francesca were helpful and friendly and made us feel very comfortable since this was our first night in Italy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you.

The only problem about staying at EuroHouse is that the commute to and from Rome was not as easy as described in the promotional materials. One must walk to the bus stop (five minutes), catch a bus to the airport (ten minutes), go into the train station and buy a ticket (five minutes minimum and 9.5 E one way), and ride into Stazione Termini (20 minutes). The central train station is no one's final destination--either one takes a bus, taxi or another train from there, or one starts walking. The trek is perfectly manageable by the able-bodied and enthusiastic, but might get truly exhausting (not to mention expensive) for others.
I will still return to EuroHouse because I like staying in Fiumicino (some great restaurants, the beach, the serenity, great staff at the hotel). But I will have to research alternate ways to get in and out of Rome.

Expect to pay about 20 euro to get there from the airport, more than I was expecting.

I didnt realize that ALL rooms at euro house are actually suites. It was a lovely place to stay, but I didnt need the kitchen, etc. so had I known that I probably would've looked for a simple room somewhere a little less expensive.

spacious, clean, friendly and helpful staff, not far from the airport. My room had a big bed with a nice comforter, nice clean bathroom, small kitchen, a fridge with a few breakfast items, a table and chairs, and a tv, plus a small balcony. very pleasant.

I arrived from Rome on the Leonardo Express to the airport and called the hotel. They had a shuttle that they indicated could pick me up, but the place of pick-up was not clear to me. They could have been clearer and said square'B' outside on the arrivals level. Otherwise service was fine.

The restaurant associated with the hotel had very expensive prices - there is a smaller, much less expensive one just up the road a little, that is quite satisfactory- called 'De La Ville' and this one should be also recommended. i wouln't have known about it other than I decided to take a walk.

The taxi driver took us to the wrong hotel. However, the manager told us the two hotels were owned by the same company and we could stay at that hotel. We were treated extremely well by the hotel staff.

We actually checked out the evening before our departure since we had an early shuttle to the airport. The hotel was nice enough to arrange our shuttle.

The staff is delightful and extremely helpful with any problems or questions from the guests.

I had a lovely suite of two rooms and a bath that had everything I could possibly need including a mini-kitchen stocked with goodies to eat.

I was helped with my bags to the room.

Did not see the Web. My reservation was made by my tour guide.
I wanted air conditioning and no steps and I had both.

You had a refrigerator in the room but it should contain more than a box of juice and water.
I was there with no car and didn't want to walk at night by myself so I went to sleep hungry. Some snacks, soda pop, beer or wine would have been nice.
