• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are p.room p.night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are in 3 level: The ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. We don't have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Superior rooms are indeed private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, in two rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, in three rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room is provided with satellite TV, telephone and Internet connection.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and is included in the rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the central railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 45 km from the hotel (about 1 hour with pubblic transaportation, 40 minutes by taxi).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  900 mt.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  500 mt. from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
