• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Chek In: from 1:00 p.m.
  Chek Out: before 11:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is includend with the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms in the courtyard and rooms with wiew of The Vatican.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have only windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite color television with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are with air conditioning and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can plug into the room instead of the telephone.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private garage is available near by at the cost of € 16.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a cars on the other side of the street.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo Da Vinci (Rome) 20 Miles.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we may arrange pickup from/to the Airport with a private car company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters on the left we have a bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is San Pietro at 5 minutes walking or Termini Main station at 4 Miles.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Ottaviano San Pietro" and it is at 8 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
