Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Baby cots are included in the price. Garage facility is not included in the price and costs about EUR 25,00 daily. Pick-up service is not included in the price and costs about EUR 50,00 per car (max. 4 persons). The price may vary.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations can be made without penalty 3 days before the arrival. Penalty for late cancellations or no-show is the amount of the first night per room.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
