Very good first impressions!! The front desk service, as well as concierge, were exceptional!

The air conditioning in the room was too insufficient to handle the summer heat. It was very difficult to sleep or stay in the room in the afternoon and early evening hours.

The concierge was excellent in helping us get a large taxi, as we has many bags ( were on a twelve day cruise ). We really appreciated all that was done for us.

A great stay....restaurant and F&B pricing a bit steep, but due to weak dollar. Except for the air conditioning, I would highly recommend the stay here ( probably not in July or August!! )
