• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All the rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We need credit card details in order to guarantee the booking, but you can settle the bill when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel Eden has 6 floors and 4 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 2 Suites have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a small balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have both smoking and non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We have 2 telephone lines in each room and internet connection as well.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet connection in all bedrooms and we have a small business centre with an internet point as well and Wi-Fi in all public areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking and garage are available in front of the hotel upon payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our concierge will be more than happy to assist you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport is about 25 Km
  Fiumicino airport is about 30 Km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we do organize chaffeur driven cars from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Gymnasium.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the famous "LA TERRAZZA DELL'EDEN" with a breathtaking view over the city.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
