 Our Restaurant
Elegance, tact as well as a unique ambience that invite you to savour life's little pleasures. During the years, the restaurant has received many recognitions and was awarded numerous prizes. A brilliant, creative, dynamic and talented Chef, always offering innovative ideas to the traditional principles of the Mediterranean gastromical art. He is young, only 33 years old, but he has inherited his passion from his ancestors, who founded a restaurant on the Lake Garda in 1885. His school was 'the world' itself, with his many experiences in Brasil, England, Switzerland and Argentina, where he has been moulded by the teachings of the greatest Chefs. During his experience at Harrods, he personally cooked for the family of Mohamed Al Fayed and again, as Chef at Le Meridien Grosvenor House, he achieved great recognition from members of the British Government, among whom Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. |
